Mrs. Stanislawa Leszczyszyn Witanek of Hoffman Estates

Stanisława "Stella" Leszczyszyn Witanek, 77, of Hoffman Estates, Illinois. With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Stanisława "Stella" Leszczyszyn Witanek, who passed away at the age of 77. Born in Rzeszów, Poland, Stella spent her early years surrounded by family before courageously immigrating to the United States in her twenties in search of a better life. She made her home in Chicago, Illinois, where she built a life centered on love, hard work, and unwavering devotion to her family. Stella was preceded in death by her loving parents, Helena and Adolf Czermak, and her dear sister, Marta Iwińska. She is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Ryszard Witanek; her daughter, Nancy, and son-in-law, Mirosław; her son, Mark, and daughter-in-law, Connie; and her cherished grandchildren, Max and Nick, who brought her endless pride and joy. Stella was a woman of remarkable strength, resilience, determination and patience. Through hard work and sacrifice, she created a loving home and a brighter future for her family. She embraced every opportunity with courage and grace, never forgetting the values she carried with her from Poland. Nothing brought Stella greater happiness than spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Her radiant smile, infectious laugh, and kind heart could brighten any room. She had a gentle spirit, a generous soul, and a way of making everyone around her feel welcome and loved. Her warmth, compassion, and unwavering love for her family will remain with us always. Stella's legacy is one of courage, perseverance, unconditional love, and devotion to family. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the countless memories she gave us and the values she instilled in all who knew and loved her.
