Mrs. Susanna Miller of Hoffman Estates

Susanna Miller- Bockrath, 62, of Hoffman Estates, Illinois - passed away on January 29th, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on June 20th, 1962 to Anita and Anton Huber. She leaves behind her loving husband, Michael Bockrath; daughters Melissa (Nick) Klosterman, Megan Bockrath; grandchildren Lacey, Jameson and Milo; mother Anita Huber; sister Christina (Richard) Smith; and many nieces and nephews. She joined her son Stephen Anthony Miller and Father, Anton Huber in her death. She loved going on Princess cruises with her husband, often going to the same ports because she loved it that much (St. Thomas-Magens Bay). It’s on one of those cruises where she found her love for paintings by Thomas Kincade. Susan also loved Disney, taking many vacations to Disney world to share the magic of being a child with her daughter. She subscribed to Disney plus, mostly to look at it and tell her grandkids what was new and suggest movies and shows for them to watch. She worked in customer service her entire working career, the past 12 years at Sensient Flavors in Hoffman Estates, but should have worked for the FBI because she did a better job at investigating. Almost every night she would tell her husband she is going to go watch the Investigation Discovery channel to relax and unwind before going to sleep. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2025 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. and Monday, February 3, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. to time of funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Morizzo Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 2550 West Hassell Road, (Northeast corner at Barrington Road), Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60169.
