Mr. Thomas "TJ" Pagels of Deerfield

Thomas “TJ” Pagels fell asleep in death at his Deerfield home, Friday February 3rd 2023 at the age of 28. T.J. was known for his “Chris Farley” personality. He loved music and was obsessed with StarWars and Spiderman. He loved chocolate milk and M&M's. His laugh was so contagious, hearing him laugh instantly made you laugh. You couldn’t stay mad at him for long, it was impossible. His goofy smile would bring a sense of everything is alright in the world. He was just an awesome dude to be around. He was genuine and loving and always included everybody. He was easy to make friends with. Our hearts are so heavy writing this in your honor. Our tears won’t dry and we feel so lost without you. Unable to find the words to express the deep love we have for you. You were always there for us and you never judged us. Anyone could be themselves around you. You were so laid back and chill, we enjoyed your company. You always made us laugh. You were an example of what loving unconditionally is. You were a family man and always put us first. You stepped up and became our rock when nana got sick. You moved in with her and took care of her until her last breath. Tj, we really miss you and wish you were still here. Adjusting to life without you is hard. You have made a lasting impression and our lives will never be the same without you. We will miss you and love you every day until we meet again. Loving son of Diane Pagels and Thomas Diamond. Devoted brother to Karianne Rado, Diamante Perez, Katie and Gus Martinez and James Pagels. Loving Uncle to Jonathan and Jazmine. Loving nephew to Becky Utpdale. Visitation will be Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. at Morizzo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2550 West Hassell Road, (Northeast corner at Barrington Road), Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60169. Interment private.
