Mr. Torrey Tyler Goodrich of Lombard

Torrey Goodrich, 32, of Lombard, Illinois, passed away on July 16, 2025. Born on October, 28, 1992 in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Torrey was a cherished son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. He is remembered for his big smile and even bigger heart that he used to always lend a helping hand. His sense of humor and boisterous laugh will stay forever in our memories. After graduating high school in 2010, Torrey embraced mentorship from his uncles at 18, eventually becoming a skilled tradesman. In his most recent years he advanced to Project Manager, earning respect for his dedication and commitment to not only his job but to those around him. Torrey loved nothing more than spending time outdoors—whether fishing, camping, boating, or learning to golf. Above all, he valued time with his friends and family, always making them his priority. He is survived by his mother, Rita Goodrich; father, Justin Goodrich; brothers, Jordan and Ty Goodrich; aunt, Angel Traub; uncle, Troy Traub; grandmothers, Rose Elliott, Vicki Goodrich, and Barb Goodrich; grandfather, Doug Goodrich; dog, Cleo; and so many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bob Dalton. A celebration of Torrey’s life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Morizzo Funeral Home, 2550 Hassell Rd, Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Visitation will be from 3:00pm – 7:00pm with service being held at 7:00.
