Mrs. Candance "Candy" Oltman of Barrington

Candance “Candy” Ann Oltman, nee Mandel of Barrington, Illinois. Loving wife of Gregory “Greg” Oltman; cherished mother of Krista (Jay) Roberts, Amanda Oltman, Jessica (Don) Eustice, Wendy (Jason) Ehlert and Courtney (Michael) Burda and beloved grandmother "Coco" of Jackson Ray, Camryn Grace, Dean Gregory, Ryann June, Weston Mandel, Vivian Katherine, Evangeline Sarah, Leo John, Beckham Gregory, Brooks Jeffrey and Kennedy Ray. On May 5th - now forever dubbed "Coco de Mayo" - Candy made Heaven a much better place to be. She was surrounded by the people who love her the most - her soulmate and husband of almost 50 years, and her five adoring daughters - with Elvis playing in the background. While her larger than life presence will be forever missed, we're comforted in the knowledge that she's reunited with her parents, and watching over us all. If you knew our mom, chances are that you love her. Coco was blessed to have so many wonderful people in her life and we would be honored to have you join us in celebrating her legacy. In true Coco fashion, this will not be a staid affair - please don't wear black, and come thirsty for a cocktail. A Celebration of Life Open House will be held Friday, May 13th from 2pm - 6pm at Pinstripes, South Barrington 100 W Higgins Rd, South Barrington, IL 60010. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you donate to either Let it Be Us or Susan G Komen.. which were her favorite charities.
