Marylee Montavon Zachwieja “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:16 ** Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, everyone is asked to be patient and abide by the number of visitors allowed inside the funeral home. Everyone is welcomed, but we ask that you keep your visit short so that all who wish to pay their respects will be able to do so. Please note that all visitors are required to wear face masks to enter the funeral home. ** Marylee has been lifted by angels, and has peacefully passed from death to eternal life on the 14th day of September in the year 2020. Marylee is proceeded in glory by her late parents; her loving husband Albert Zachwieja and her beloved brother Leo Montavon and sister Dolores Schnable. Marylee had interests including gardening, cooking, and spending time with those she loved. Her relationships with family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors filled her heart with joy. Her generous spirit and kind personality reached many. Her loving influence and unselfish heart will define Marylee’s family legacy. She is the devoted mother of Amy (Robert) Mazurek, Benjamin Zachwieja and Meg (Mark) Alberts; along with the cherished grandmother of Benjamin, Daniel, Audrey and Elizabeth. To honor Marylee, the family invites you to make a contribution to the American Cancer Society in lieu of sending flowers. Family and friends to meet on Friday, September 18th at 10:00 AM for a visitation followed by a funeral service beginning at 11:30 AM at Morizzo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2550 West Hassell Road, (Northeast corner of Barrington Road), Hoffman Estates, IL. 60169.
