Jaclyn Ann Kosmicki, nee Kosla It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beautiful Jaclyn Ann Kosmicki (nee Kosla), an adored wife, loving mother, cherished daughter, gracious sister, and compassionate aunt who was called home to the Lord far too soon. Jaclyn was the beloved wife of Raymond Kosmicki III, with whom she shared nearly 8 years of marriage built with a focus on love, family, and faith. Together, they raised two handsome and loving boys, RJ (6) and Jimmy (4), who were her greatest joy and deepest pride. Her devotion to her family knew no bounds, and her selflessness, giving spirit, and warm smile will forever be missed. She was the beloved daughter of James and Maureen Kosla and sister to Katlyn Kosla and Taylor (Ken) Unterberg. She was also a proud and loving aunt to her nephews, Kenny (her godson) and Frankie, whom she embraced with the same tenderness and joy she gave to her own children. To her extended family and many friends, she was a source of strength, kindness, and unwavering support. Her grace, generosity, and quiet strength touched countless lives. She joins our most recent angels in heaven Brody Kosla (Katlyn’s dog) and Sydney Graham (cousin). May they rest in peace with other loved ones above. Though we grieve her absence here on Earth, we take solace in the promise of eternal life, and trust that she now rests in the arms of our Heavenly Father. Her soul, full of light and love, lives on in all of us who were blessed to know her. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Morizzo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2550 West Hassell Road, (Northwest corner of Barrington Road), Hoffman Estates, IL 60169. Family and friends will meet on Monday, October 6, 2025 at St. Marcelline Church/St. Gregory of Nyssa Parish, 822 Springinsguth Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60193 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M..
